By studying how God worked in and through these people, we aim to see not only historical examples of faith, but also present-day inspiration. Their stories are not just ancient history—they are mirrors for our own journey with God.

Introduction: People of the Bible – Real Lives, Lasting Lessons

The Bible is not a collection of perfect stories about perfect people. It is the true account of real men and women—flawed, human, and often struggling—who were still used by God for His purposes. What unites many of these individuals is not their strength or wisdom, but their willingness to follow and honor God, even when it was difficult or costly.

In this Bible study series, we will explore the lives of key people from Scripture—individuals like Abraham, Moses, Elijah, and others—looking closely at their choices, their challenges, and their faith. Through their stories, we will ask a central question:

The most important reading a person can do is to read the Bible with a prayer that says “help me understand and apply.” These Studies are provided to bring interest and better understanding of the Bible.
